This winter our diocese is offering a six-week online workshop for lay preachers called Preaching Among Friends, suitable for both beginners and experienced preachers. The course will start January 18, meeting on Sundays for 75 minutes in the early evening for the first five weeks (with an average of two hours of homework per week). In the sixth week, the class will meet nightly as preachers draft their sermons in real time.
The course is led by Canon Brendan O’Sullivan-Hale (who will be preaching at The Table a few times while Matt is on sabbatical). Click the button below for more info and registration.
