What a triumphant and beautiful first Sunday in our new worship space. Here are a few pics from our time together:

A few quick hitters:
- Our Annual Congregational Meeting is Sunday, Feb 20th at 9am in the Parlor (every time I say that word out loud I giggle a bit to myself and say ‘can’t believe we have a parlor!?’ haha). We will receive new members and vestry, approve our budget for 2022, and chat a bit about this new season we are in at Broadway UMC. We will have a Zoom or live video feed of this as well, and it will be recorded.
- Our Lenten Series, “Confronting Mammon With Jesus” begins the Sunday before Lent, Feb 27th at 9am in the Parlor (teehee). The syllabus of weekly readings (PDFs and links) are all available here. These classes will also be recorded and live streamed/zoomed. Also, I’d like to include a weekly podcast where we chat about what we’re noticing from our own life/work/family as we journey together.
- Speaking of podcasts, we have a podcast feed for our sermons, and another feed for our occasional Table Chats. We plan to release a “get to know you” podcast with each of our new Vestry candidates before our Congregational Meeting. You can listen to our first recording here with MaryEllen Pitts.
And a word of encouragement in this season of Epiphany:
