We continue to experience the toll the pandemic has taken on our mental health. With this in mind, our Vestry has designated some of our benevolence funds for those at The Table who need financial assistance to care for their mental health.
We want to highlight a few avenues for tending to mental health:
1. The Table’s Prayer Team is at the ready to meet and pray with you confidentially. (This is free, of course!) To connect with a prayer minister, please fill out the contact form on our website and indicate you’d like to get in touch with a prayer minister.
2. Spiritual Direction is available through multiple trained Spiritual Directors who are part of The Table, including Nancy Nethercott (our Missionary-in-Residence) and Beth and Dave Booram (Directors of Fall Creek Abbey – read their recent post on why spiritual direction is more important than ever right now). If you would like to schedule or receive information about spiritual direction, please fill out the contact form on our website.
Note: if you are interested in receiving Spiritual Direction and need financial assistance, we can offer a partial scholarship from our Benevolence Fund. You may apply for a scholarship here:

Note: if you’re interested in counseling and need financial assistance, we can offer a partial scholarship from our Benevolence Fund for this purpose. You may apply for assistance here:
