Many of you have asked about ways to rally around the Rockey family. One significant way is to donate to the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) in honor of Miranda to assist with a lifetime of transplant-related expenses (the “COTA for Miranda Strong” campaign).
For tax and benefit purposes, please note that the money donated does NOT go directly to Miranda or the Rockey family. Instead, it goes to COTA, which serves as the owner and administrator of funds and ensures that 100% of funds raised in honor of Miranda will be used to cover transplant-related expenses. Your donations to COTA for Miranda Strong will allow COTA to assist the Rockeys with their transplant-related expenses.
