Dear Church,
Our Staff and Vestry are meeting this week to discuss and begin to plan for gathering again in-person for worship. We will continue to meet online via Zoom for at least the next 4 Sundays (June 28 – July 19), but if COVID-19 continues to diminish in central Indiana, we want to begin to formulate a plan for what re-gathering for worship will look like for us as a church.
There are a LOT of factors to consider in this (including the fact that worship will likely feel quite different once we do start gathering in-person again), so to help us create a wise and workable plan, we’d love to get your perspective on re-gathering.
Would you fill out a brief survey we’ve created? It should only take a few minutes of your time. Here’s the link:
Also, if you’d like pre-communion elements delivered to your home for July’s worship gatherings, here’s the link to the form to fill out:
This has been an incredibly difficult season for so many, and it looks like we won’t be out of the woods for quite awhile (and I’m talking about both the pandemic AND the systemic racism that has recently reared its ugly head).
I deeply appreciate you all, and the way we’ve been able to weather this storm so far. Thank you for your prayers, your perseverance, and your continued generosity. It is one of the deep joys of my life to serve you as a priest.
Grace and peace,
Fr. Ben
