Dear church,
Our annual stewardship campaign is right around the corner, and one of the changes we’re making is moving everyone to a new online giving system that makes it so much easier to manage and track your giving, and makes year-end reporting much easier for our bookkeeper. It’s a win-win!
Also, it will be an even bigger win if everyone sets up their giving via bank account (NOT credit card). Why? Because we have to pay a 2.15% fee for every donation given via credit card, but the fee is 0.00% for bank account donations (we only pay a $0.30 transaction fee). We did the math, and if everyone who currently gives online switches to giving through a bank account, we’ll save $5,000 per year in our budget!
