Advent begins November 30, and in addition to celebrating Holy Eucharist on the four Sundays of Advent, we’ll also be observing this season of waiting in hope in the following ways:
- Cultivating silence in the sanctuary on Sunday mornings from 10:15-10:30am,
- Praying in homes around Advent Wreaths (download a liturgy you can use),
- A Sunday morning 9am Advent kids class,
- A Sunday morning 9am Advent adult class on Rethinking Eschatology (heaven, hell, judgment, etc.),
- Praying Compline on Sunday evenings at 9pm,
- Making space for grief at our Longest Night Service: Mon Dec 22 at 7pm, and
- Celebrating with joy at our Christmas Eve Service: December 24 at 4pm.
